Support
Most timer and cue issues can be diagnosed without sharing real talk content.
Direct contact
Email us with the subject “Presentempo Support”. Your request goes directly to the developer.
Before an important run
- Open Preflight and test every visual, haptic, and audio channel you intend to use.
- Check notification, alarm, and background permissions for the app.
- Review Focus, Silent Mode, volume, and power-saving settings.
- Sync the current talk again and confirm its revision on the watch.
- Keep an independent alternative for critical deadlines.
Apple Watch and Wear OS
- Your phone and watch must be paired with Presentempo installed on both devices.
- A previously synced talk can continue locally on the watch when disconnected.
- If changes are missing, open Wearables, connect both devices, and sync the snapshot again.
- You may need to clear app data manually on a disconnected watch.
Presentempo Pro and restoring a purchase
- Open the Pro screen and choose “Restore purchases”.
- Use the same Apple or Google store account that made the purchase.
- Apple and Google purchases do not restore across platforms.
- For payment or refund issues, use the support and refund path of the store used.
Export, import, and local deletion
- Export: Settings → Data & privacy → Create export.
- Import: Settings → Data & privacy → Select import and review the preview.
- Local deletion: Settings → Data & privacy → Delete all local data.
- External copies: delete exports, email attachments, and system backups separately at their destination.
