From outline to stage

Three steps for a calm presentation.

Presentempo keeps planning, rehearsal, and the live run together without competing for attention during your talk.

Plan

Start a timer directly, divide a talk into sections, or read in a PowerPoint file — with minimums, fixed durations, speakers, slide ranges, and cue cards on one shared timeline.

Rehearse

Preflight checks the visual, haptic, and audio channels. Practice runs mark real section changes and feed the local Timing Coach.

Present

A full-screen run with large time and reduced controls. When you fall behind, the recovery plan proposes future-only cuts and protects the ending.

A run that stays readable

From outline to the final minute.

Unedited views from the published app — with a synthetic example talk, but otherwise exactly how it looks on the device.

Talk editor “Edit talk” with an “Import PowerPoint” card, the heading “Sections · 12 min”, and the section “Opening” at 1 minute 30 seconds with speaker, slide range, and one cue-card point.
Build the talk Sections by hand, or straight from the slides.
Smart Fit dialog with an exact target of 10 minutes and a per-section preview: Opening minus 30 seconds, Challenge minus 1 minute, Approach minus 30 seconds, with “Cancel” and “Apply”.
Fit a new target Every before/after duration as a preview first.
Live run with the notice “You are 50 sec behind the current plan”, 06:40 remaining, the section “Approach” with Anna and slides 8–12, and the next cue “End with the decision”.
Recover lost time One suggestion that only cuts future sections.
The “Connected watches” view with a connected Wear OS watch, the note that runs started on a watch are always practices, and a “Sync talk” button.
Prepare the watch Sync the talk, keep running offline.
Timing Coach with a comparable practice trend across three practices, an expected total of 12:00, a latest deviation of plus 5 seconds, and a median ending buffer of plus 10 seconds.
Learn from rehearsals Trends per section and per speaker.
The “Data, backup & deletion” settings with a Presentempo export, CSV statistics, and the privacy controls where the optional local beta counters are switched off.
Your data stays yours Export, restore, and deletion without detours.

Apple Watch & Wear OS

Your next cue, on your wrist.

A selected talk transfers to the watch before you go on. The run shows the section, remaining time, and total time, and continues locally if the phone connection temporarily drops.

Runs started on a watch are always practices; you start a Live run deliberately on the phone.

Watch view “Ready offline” with “Project Aurora”, 12:00 and four sections, the “Automatic” mode, and the “Start watch practice” and “Test haptic” buttons.
Ready
Watch view during the run: section 1 of 4 “Opening”, 01:20 remaining, a progress bar, the “Automatic” mode, and a total of 11:50.
Running
Paused run on the watch: status “Paused”, 01:16 in the section “Opening”, a total of 11:46, and a visible resume button.
Paused

Focus, Silent Mode, system permissions, and power saving can affect whether a cue arrives. Test your chosen channels before an important event.

For talks, pitches, and teaching

Keep time in view without losing your thread.

The free timer remains useful. Presentempo Pro adds planning, team handoffs, complete insights, and export.

Quick start

Ready in seconds

A total duration is enough to begin. Every built-in format runs straight away, without saving it first or creating an account.

Structure

Plan each section deliberately

Give the opening, main points, and ending their own windows. Sections can be flexible or fixed, keep a minimum duration, or count as protected.

Smart Fit

Fit the time, protect the ending

Smart Fit recalculates a finished talk for a new target duration while respecting minimums, fixed sections, priorities, and the time set aside for the ending.

Every before/after duration appears as a preview first; the talk only changes after you confirm it.

Team

Handoffs, slides, and cue cards

Each section knows its speaker, the matching slide range, and up to three concise cue-card points — on a timeline everyone involved shares.

Import

Start from PowerPoint, not from nothing

A .pptx file becomes timed sections: slide titles, slide text, and speaker notes arrive as an outline proposal. Reading happens on the device only, and the working copy is removed after the import.

Live focus

Stay readable at a distance

The run shows a large colour zone, a large time, and few controls. One glance is enough for status, the current section, and what comes next.

Private audio

Sound for you, never for the room

Presentempo plays audio cues only through a confirmed private output. With no headphones connected, the channel deliberately stays silent instead of chiming through the venue speakers.

Recovery

Recover time deliberately

If a run falls behind, Presentempo proposes a single adjustment that only shortens future sections — confirm it or ignore it, without any rush.

Timing Coach

Learn from every rehearsal

Completely marked practices produce robust trends per section and per speaker: expected total, typical deviation, and the buffer left for the ending.

Accessible

Matched to device and language

English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, system/light/dark appearance, dedicated layouts for iPad and Android tablets, and screen-reader and keyboard support.

For people facing an audience

When your attention should stay with the room.

Presentempo supports short updates and structured talks with several speakers alike — as a timing aid, not a safety-critical alarm.

Privacy in detail →

Local working data

Talks, results, and imported slide content stay local until you use watch sync, export, or an operating-system backup feature.

Counters only on request

Optional content-free beta product counters are off by default, stay on the device, and are never sent automatically.

Clear purchase boundary

Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement data, but no talk content.

Important: Presentempo is a presentation aid, not a safety-critical alarm. Test your chosen cues before important events and keep an alternative for critical deadlines.
