Smart Fit recalculates a finished talk for a new target duration while respecting minimums, fixed sections, priorities, and the time set aside for the ending.
Handoffs, slides, and cue cards
Each section knows its speaker, the matching slide range, and up to three concise cue-card points — on a timeline everyone involved shares.
Start from PowerPoint, not from nothing
A .pptx file becomes timed sections: slide titles, slide text, and speaker notes arrive as an outline proposal. Reading happens on the device only, and the working copy is removed after the import.

The run shows a large colour zone, a large time, and few controls. One glance is enough for status, the current section, and what comes next.
Sound for you, never for the room
Presentempo plays audio cues only through a confirmed private output. With no headphones connected, the channel deliberately stays silent instead of chiming through the venue speakers.
