Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Important: Roundivo helps you organise a tournament evening. You remain responsible for the rules, results, and decisions in your tournament. The Live Board is an optional online service and can be unavailable; your tournament keeps running locally in the app.

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern use of the Roundivo app by Patrick Wagner, Darkstone, Uttendorf 13, 3385 Prinzersdorf, Austria. The terms of the store from which you obtain the app or make a purchase also apply. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting provisions.

2. Licence to use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Roundivo on supported devices under these terms and the applicable store rules.

3. Your content and local data

You remain responsible for tournament names, participant names, results, and exported files. Enter only names you may lawfully process and display, and check recipients and destinations before you export or share a file.

Your tournaments are stored on your device. If the device is lost or you delete the app, we cannot restore them. Protect important tournaments with a backup through the app’s export function and keep the file outside the app.

4. Roundivo Free and Roundivo Pro

Roundivo can be used without a purchase. Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase within the Apple or Google store ecosystem.

5. Live Board

6. Availability, changes, and updates

We aim to provide a reliable app but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or identical availability on every device. Operating systems, stores, and third-party interfaces can change.

Updates may fix defects, improve security, or adapt features to changed platform requirements. Material adverse changes to paid functionality will be made only within the limits permitted by law.

7. Statutory warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. We remain fully liable for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and liability mandated by product-liability or consumer law. For slight negligence, where legally permitted, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and typically foreseeable loss.

8. Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, the Live Board, backups, exports, RevenueCat, stores, support, and deletion. You delete all data on the device by uninstalling the app; exported files and store receipts are not deleted by this.

9. Termination

You may stop using Roundivo at any time, stop a Live Board, and uninstall the app. Existing store transactions and statutory retention duties are not cancelled by this. Rights of use may be terminated for material abusive or unlawful use within applicable law and store rules.

10. Law, consumer rights, and contact

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice applies only where it does not remove mandatory protection of the country of habitual residence. Statutory venues remain unaffected.

We have not submitted to an alternative dispute-resolution body and are not currently legally obliged to do so. Mandatory rights to complain, obtain refunds, or seek judicial relief remain unaffected.
